    Return and Product Warranty Policy

    At Voicedepot.ca (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Voicedepot”), we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please carefully review our Return and Product Warranty Policy outlined below.

    1. How to Request a Return

    To initiate a return, please send a request to info@voicedepot.ca within 30 days of the purchase date. If the device has a MAC address or Serial Number, please include it in your request. Without this information, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number cannot be issued.


    2. Non-Returnable (Final Sale) Products

    The following products are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where they are deemed defective by the manufacturer:

    • PBXs and gateways (analog or digital)
    • Video Conference Devices
    • Open Box items
    • Clearance sale items
    • Special Order items
    • Customized items

    3. Returning an Incorrectly Purchased Product

    If you purchased the wrong product and wish to return it:

    • The item must be unopened, unused, with no broken seals, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • You must request a return within 30 days of purchase.
    • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the original purchase price.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

    4. If the Device is Defective

    Within 30 Days of Purchase:

    If a product is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a replacement for the original item.

    After 30 Days (Within Manufacturer Warranty):

    • If the product stops working outside of the 30-day period but is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
    • The manufacturer will issue an approved return or exchange ticket if applicable.

    🚨 If a product is tested and found to be fully functional (not defective), it will be returned to you, and shipping charges will apply.


    5. Return Shipping Instructions

    To ensure your return reaches us in the best possible condition:
    Double-package the original manufacturer’s box.
    Clearly display the RMA number on the outer shipping box (not on the original packaging).
    Do not write on or apply shipping labels to the original manufacturer’s box.
    Do not use the original manufacturer’s box as the shipping box.
