    Return and Product Warranty Policy

    We at Voicedepot.ca (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Voicedepot”) would like to provide you with the most satisfying shopping experiences. Please read our Return and Product Warranty Policy outlined below carefully. 

    If you need to return an item, please send a return request to us at info@voicedepot.ca. Please include MAC address or Serial No. if the device has one. Without this information, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number cannot be issued. All return requests must be sent within thirty (30) days of purchasing date. Do not ship any returned items to us without the RMA number. 

    • Final sale products:

    All PBXs and gateways (analog or digital) are not eligible for return or refund due to possible prior use or mis-configuration and manufacture concerns by the end-user, except where the product(s) are deemed as defective by manufacture. Other products labelled as Open Box items; Clearance sale items; Special Order items and Customized items are deemed as final sale products and are not eligible for return or refund. 

    • If you have purchased wrong products:

    If you have purchased the wrong product and wish to return it, you must do it within 30 days. It must be Un-Opened, Unused, with No Broken Seals, Un-Damaged, and New in Box. (Any units that show signs of use will be returned at the customer's expense).

    You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

    If you are unsure of buying the right product (i.e. whether it is compatible with your system), please contact us before purchasing. We are here to guide you to the right solution for your needs. Please direct any questions to us at info@voicedepot.ca.

    • If the device does not work:

    If the device is deemed defective and such information is reported to us within thirty (30) days of purchase, you will receive a replacement of the original defective item(s). 

    If the device stops working outside of thirty (30) days but still within manufacture warranty, you should raise your issue or question towards the manufacturer to receive an approved manufacture ticket for approval on return or exchange. 

    Note: If the products are determined to be working or not defective, they will be delivered back to you, and shipping charges will apply. 

    Please read the return instructions below carefully before you prepare your return package to ensure it can reach us in its best possible condition:

    Please double package the original manufacture box with RMA number clearly displayed on the outside box. Do not write anything or apply shipping labels to the original manufacture box. Do not use the original manufacture box as the shipping box. Returned products received in damaged original manufacture boxes will be shipped back to customers at their expenses.
