Return and Product Warranty Policy

At Voicedepot.ca (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Voicedepot”), we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please carefully review our Return and Product Warranty Policy outlined below.
1. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please send a request to info@voicedepot.ca within 30 days of the purchase date. If the device has a MAC address or Serial Number, please include it in your request. Without this information, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number cannot be issued.
2. Non-Returnable (Final Sale) Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where they are deemed defective by the manufacturer:
- PBXs and gateways (analog or digital)
- Video Conference Devices
- Special Order items
- Customized items
3. Returning an Incorrectly Purchased Product
If you purchased the wrong product and wish to return it:
- The item must be unopened, unused, with no broken seals, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You must request a return within 30 days of purchase.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the original purchase price.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
4. If the Device is Defective
Within 30 Days of Purchase:
If a product is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a replacement for the original item.
After 30 Days (Within Manufacturer Warranty):
If the product stops working outside of the 30-day period but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
- The manufacturer will issue an approved defective ticket number.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the defective unit(s) back to us.
- We will be responsible for shipping the replacement unit(s).
5. Return Shipping Instructions
To avoid a denied claim or additional fees, please follow these packaging rules:
- Outer Box Required: Place the original manufacturer's box inside a separate shipping box (Double-Boxing).
- No Labels on Retail Packaging: Do not apply shipping labels or write directly on the manufacturer's original box.
- Label the RMA: Clearly write your RMA Number on the outer shipping box.
